Specific off Ice Training for Hockey Goalies and Skaters

Hey everyone,

I've got news for you. I found a great guide on how to improve your game. The guide's written by Maria Mountain, strength coach to Olympians and Stanley Cup Champions! Actually there are two guides; one is for goalies, and the other one's for players. This means you can get a specific training program that's suitable for your needs. Both guides are great, I advise you to take a look at them here: http://b8857jlbqkxs8x3dnl688zjlkr.hop.clickbank.net/

The Goalie-Guide has important information for all of you out there wishing to improve your performance out there. Remember, it's written by someone who coaches Olympians and Stanley Cup champions! In the guide, Maria tells you the Five Fatal Flaws (nice alliteration there) of many training programs a lot of goalies use. But never fear, these flaws aren't hard to fix. There are comments by some NHL-stars, praising Maria's system. Even if you don't end up buying the guide, which I totally think you should, you still get a Complete Core Training Program, free of charge! This training program is worth $37, but you can get it for free.
If you do buy the program, you get three volumes of goalie training techniques. All three volumes, 1, 2, and 3 combined, still amount to less money than one full training session with Maria! Go have a look here: http://b8857jlbqkxs8x3dnl688zjlkr.hop.clickbank.net/

The Player.Guide gives you inside information on how to skate faster and play harder, just the way NHL-stars do. Keep in mind that the training programs in these guides are programs used by pro-hockey players. By using Maria's program, you could be skating significantly faster and playing harder than ever in less than two months. Sounds pretty cool, eh? One of the problems with players trying to boost their on-ice performance is that even though they may work hard and even hire personal trainers to help them reach the results they desire, many of the training programs used aren't proper hockey training programs. The same goes for the personal trainers; often they simply help you increase your strength, but that's not all skating is about. Being able to push 600lbs with your legs doesn't necessarily mean that you're a fast skater. Don't get me wrong, it's bound to help, but it won't allow you to maximize your full potential. Maria is a highly qualified trainer for hockey players. This means that her program will allow you to fully maximize your potential as a hockey player. So go on, take a look:

Do you want to astound your friends and family? Maybe there's a team you want to join? Someone you want to impress? Or maybe you simply want to become a better hockey player to enjoy the game more? Whatever the reason for wanting to improve your game, these guides will help you reach your goals. Learn the most common flaws in hockey training programs. Become stronger. Amaze your teammates/friends/family. Show your coach what you're made of. Even if you don't end up buying the program, I urge you to visit the website. Remember, there's a free core training program just waiting for you. You could be reading it within a minute from now. You can also find a sample of the training program on Maria's web page. Go there, download your free core training program, read it, and if you liked what you read, buy Maria's training program. If you think the free program was BS, don't buy her program. What have you got to lose? Well, time I guess, but I've got a feeling that any one of you who go to Maria's page and have a look won't be disappointed. You could be reading her guide within minutes. Remember, it's the same program used by Olympians and Stanley Cup Champions! What are you waiting for? GO!

Until next time,

-Saku

Introduction

Hi everyone,

My name is Saku Ruus. People call me a hockey fanatic. I guess the reason for that is that I'm Finnish-Canadian, so every muscle and nerve in me constantly wants to play the best sport in the world; hockey. There are so many little tips and tricks out there to really improve your game, and I'd like to share some of them with all of you. I don't really consider myself an expert on training, I'm mostly into hockey just to play with my friends and have a good time. But I've still browsed around for tips on training and such. I'll be sharing handy guides etc. with you guys and gals, including reviews and short descriptions. I guess that's it for now, see you later!
